Who can ask
Any company providing managed IT, managed security or IT support, registered anywhere in Europe. You do not need to be in the UK, and you do not need to be in a particular SIC code. If the automatic pull missed you, that is a limit of our method rather than a judgement about your business.
What gets checked
One: the registration is real
Your registration number has to resolve on your national company register and the company has to be active. For UK companies this is automatic against Companies House. Elsewhere we check the register you name, by hand where a country does not publish an open lookup.
Two: the number is on your own website
Your registration number has to appear on your own site. Most of Europe requires this already: the UK trading disclosure rules, the German Impressum, the Dutch KvK number, the French mentions légales. If it is on your site, we can confirm the site is yours without taking anyone's word for it.
What is not checked
Your quality, your certifications, your customers or your claims. The mark says your registration was confirmed and nothing more. Anyone who tells you a directory badge means more than that is selling you something.
What it costs
Nothing. The check is free and stays free, and it cannot be bought or hurried by paying. A one-time fee adds your logo, your own description, your link and a specialism you set rather than one we infer. Paid placement exists, is labelled Featured, and never touches the mark.
How to ask
Email register@ouridea.ai with your company name, your registration number, the register it sits on and your website. A form is coming; the email works today and is read by a person.
Removal works the same way and needs no reason. Ask, and the entry is gone on the next build.
