What this register is
mspregister is a register of managed IT and cybersecurity providers, published by OurIdea.ai. Entries are generated from official company registers. It is a list of companies that exist, with the date each fact was retrieved next to it. It is not a shortlist, a buyers' guide, a vetting service or a recommendation. Using this site means accepting the terms below.
The rules
Listings are generated, not chosen
A company appears because its register record matches the codes this site covers, or because it asked to be listed and its registration checked out. Nobody picks the entries. Being listed is not an endorsement, a referral or approval of any kind, and being absent is not a verdict on anybody.
Where the facts come from
UK entries come from the Companies House bulk data product, which is public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Entries elsewhere in Europe are checked against the national register named on the entry. Every fact carries the date it was retrieved, and it can be out of date by the time you read it. The official register is the authority, not this page.
What Checked means
One thing only. The company displays its registered number on its own website, and we confirmed that on the date shown. It says the registration is real and the website belongs to that company. It says nothing about quality, competence, insurance, certification, security practice, price or fitness for your business. It is free, and it is not for sale at any price.
No mark is not a mark against anyone
Most entries are not checked. That is a gap in our coverage and nothing else. Any listed company can have its number checked, free, by asking.
Paid placement exists, and is labelled
Featured placement is paid for. It is labelled Featured wherever it appears, it never carries the Checked mark, and it never changes a register fact. Nothing paid is ever slipped into an organic position without saying so. If you cannot tell whether something is paid, that is a fault and we want to hear about it.
We do not verify quality or suitability
This is the important one. We carry out no due diligence on any provider. We do not check finances, insurance, references, staff, contracts, certifications or security practice, and we do not know whether any provider suits your business. Satisfy yourself before you contract with anyone. Any agreement you reach is between you and them, and we are not a party to it.
No ratings, and no borrowed rankings
There are no stars, no scores and no league tables here, and we do not reproduce anyone else's published list of leading providers. Where a company gives us its own review profile we link to it and show no rating, because a rating shown here would be our claim about their quality rather than a fact we can check.
Availability and accuracy
The site is provided as it stands. We do not promise that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or free of error. The register rebuilds monthly, so entries can lag the official record. Register facts are corrected at the register itself, because this site follows the official record rather than overriding it.
Using the site
You may read these pages, link to any of them and quote them with attribution. The company data underneath is open data and stays open. The wording on these pages, the arrangement of the register and the marks are ours. Please do not load the site so hard that other people cannot use it.
Leaving
Any company can have its entry removed on request, with no reason given and nothing asked in return. See Removal. If your concern is personal data rather than the listing itself, see Privacy, which says what we publish and what we deliberately do not.
Liability

Changes
We change these terms by changing this page, and the date at the top is the date of the last change. There is no version history on the site; the source repository holds the earlier wording.
